They did a great job fixing my air conditioner, and gave me a ride to and from the shop since I did not have anyone to pick me up after dropping my truck off. They did an excellent job fixing the problem and provided quality professional service. Thanks so much for getting my truck's ac working again.

how come iwastold the valve gasket cover would cost my family $668.00 then at the end it end up costing $800.00?

I'm very pleased with Jewell Automotive. Very hard to find a good Mechanic now days who will not try and Milk you for more money than that was originally stated. they do very good work. just had suspension work done on my car, now it drives and feels like it should have off the show room floor.

I was out and about and ended up making a careless mistake while parking my vehicle and damaged a fog light. I called and spoke with both Sarah and Mike. Both were very helpful and concerned about my safety and getting my car fixed. I took it in and was out of there in less than an hour with a part having to be brought in from another location. They treat all their customers with care and that's why we keep coming back! Thanks so much again for all your help!!

I took my car to a different garage for an inspection. They couldn't do the inspection due to a "problem with the OBD" & they couldn't effect the necessary repairs. Took it to Jewell ... they checked it out, found NO problem & did the inspection! Honest & dedicated to customer service. Much needed qualities these days.
